Farjad Nabi

Farjad Nabi began his film career from Film South Asia with his short experimental documentary Nusrat has Left the Building… But When? followed by No One Believes the Professor. He’s moved in to feature filmmaking and co-directed Zinda Bhaag (Run for your Life) in 2013 which became Pakistan’s first Oscar entry in 50 years. Currently his next feature is in production.

Rajashri Dasgupta

Rajashri Dasgupta has been a journalist for more than 35 years and was the Themes Editor in her last job with the The Telegraph. Currently an independent journalist based in Kolkata, she specialises on issues related to gender, health, human rights, development and social movements. She is in the editorial board of Himal Southasian; and has contributed articles in several edited volumes. She co-authored, Our Pictures, Our Words a book on the women’s movement in India. She is actively involved in the peace and women’s rights movements and in the board of several organisations working for social change.

Kunda Dixit

Kunda Dixit is Editor of the Nepali Times newspaper in Kathmandu, author of Dateline Earth: Journalism As If the Planet Mattered, and a trilogy of books on the Nepal conflict. He is a graduate of Columbia Journalism School in New York and visiting media studies faculty at Kathmandu University.
